I enjoy parades to a point. This parade really could do with some improvement. I get people wanting to promote their organizations/businesses, but come on! Driving a car through throwing out candy with no float or point to anything gets a bit old after a while. We like fire trucks, tractors, antiques cars, bands, animals, etc. Give us more and get rid of all the other junk. Bring back the floats (not just a trailer pulling people!) And why wait til the end of the parade to have the animals! That is when the kids don't want to be there. Also please make the gaps smaller.
Noah loved the parade, especially the bands & big vehicles, but when they passed he would always cover his ears saying "Too Loud!"
This biker stopped by and Noah loved that he got to do fists with him. Interaction good...sitting waiting bad.
We had to really watch Josiah when he was down at the curb with us. He wanted to keep crawling out to the street to get candy! Surprise! I don't know if dad or he got this sucker out but there was no getting it away once he got his hands on it.
Noah use to go to daycare with this little boy. It was fun for Noah to sit with him and get a bit of interaction with others his age. Now that he is home all day with dad and brother he gets really restless/starved for interaction. He is our little socialite! We are really going to have to watch him because he doesn't meet a stranger. How do you explain that to an almost 3 year old. He likes to talk to anyone. He goes right up to them and tells them what he is going to do. It is so cute and frightening at the same time. He also likes to sit on peoples laps. He kept going up to total strangers (mainly women) and saying "I sit your lap?". Thankfully I kind of knew those he was asking.

Josiah must not like wearing clothes a whole lot - does he? LOL
Loved the pictures! Did I tell you what Natalie did yesterday? She usually has no access to her diapers.. she's always wearing shorts, or pants, even under dresses... well, yesterday I had her in a dress and no shorts under. To my SHOCK - I found her playing with her dirty diaper, having such fun. I almost freaked! Had to give her a bath immediately - LOL! It's a crazy life, but it's great!
